According to Police the Google Android site launch alarm clock especially designed for public transportation for new users of Google Android system, if you use Google while you are in one of the public transport, the application will show you an option to wake you up when you arrive at the place of archives such as home or work.
The alarm clock will guess where and when you will exit the train or other means of public transport. Google will suggest the alarm clock and the user will scan the clock icon again to install it.
If you change your mind you can scan on the screen again to turn off the alarm, and it seems that this application had nothing to do with the application at your bandroid but a link with Google Now.

It's a nice feature and is available to users of Android and will also appear on Google Now on the iPhone.
